Why did you pick this time to volunteer as a BGLF committee chair?
After leaving my corporate job to run my own business, volunteering was something that I wanted to incorporate in the very beginning. I couldn't think of a more perfect organization to volunteer with than one who supports the band programs that gave so much to me.
In the next year, what would you personally like to accomplish as a BGLF committee chair?
This is a year of restructuring for the BGLF. I am happy to have already accomplished one of the committee goals of providing the organization with a website. Throughout the year I hope to spread awareness of the organization and share the stories of the people behind both the BGLF and the band programs of NC A&T.
